AI Conversation block
Add a voice-based, AI-moderated follow-up to any unmoderated study. Drop it after a rating, a prototype task, or any moment that matters, and the AI picks up the conversation with context on what the participant just did.
- Context-aware: references the score or action that came before, instead of asking generically
- Two styles: Freeform (you set topics, AI adapts) or Structured (you write the script, AI follows it)
- Voice in, voice out: participants speak their answers; everything is transcribed in results

Pricing update
When we launched the AI Conversation Block, responses were included at no additional charge while the feature was new. As of 8-12-2026, AI Conversation Block responses use 5 credits per response — reflecting the deeper engagement each conversational response asks of participants. You'll see this in the order summary before you place your panel order.
