You can now download transcripts from any Maze study — making it easier to integrate your research data with other tools and workflows you already use.

How it works

Transcripts are available as .txt files that you can download individually or in bulk:

• Single session: Navigate to any session and click the download dropdown to export that transcript
• Full study: Go to study settings and download all transcripts at once as a zip folder

Downloading transcripts gives you flexibility to work with your research data beyond Maze:

• Integrate with your stack: Upload transcripts to company-wide knowledge bases like Glean and Notion or AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude
• Combine data sources: Analyze transcripts alongside other research data for deeper, cross-study insights

Availability

Transcript downloads are available for teams with access to transcripts from Clips, Interview studies, and AI-moderated studies.
