Today, we’re enhancing our Follow-up Block with AI Themes—a new capability that identifies common patterns across participant responses, and surfaces the most important learnings in minutes.
How it works
Automatically label your responses, identify common themes, and provide a summary of the findings with AI Themes. AI Themes automatically labels your responses, identifies common themes, and provides a summary of the findings.
With the power of AI, it's now easier to find patterns in user feedback. You can also check under a theme to find corresponding percentages for each response. The responses under each theme are also quantified to give you a deeper understanding of which topics are mentioned the most.
AI Themes also comes with sentiment analysis to give you an immediate sense of how participants feel about each theme.
Where to find AI Themes
To use this feature, navigate to the Themes section of the Results page for the Follow-up Block, and click “Find themes”.

AI Themes was designed with flexibility in mind. We've included the option to modify any theme that the AI generates, including deleting it, simply hiding it or even creating your own. This data is meant to be a springboard for your unique insights and vision.
Built into your Reports
With AI Themes, your findings are automatically integrated into your reports. You can shape your narrative by only showing the key insights and concealing less relevant ones–giving stakeholders access to what matters most.
