Introducing bulk Clips downloads for faster analysis
Now you can download entire participant sessions and bulk download all all participant session Clips at once, reducing the time needed to analyze your research findings and share them with stakeholders.
What's new?
- Full session downloads: Download complete participant session recordings instead of individual block responses
- Bulk download capability: Download all participant session Clips for a maze at once with a single action
- Analysis workflow: Easily transfer your recordings to specialized analysis tools or upload downloaded Clips to Maze Interview Studies to get automatic transcripts, highlighting, and themes*
*This is a temporary workaround while we build native transcripts for Clips, followed by highlights and themes. Stay tuned for updates in the coming months!
How it works
- Individual participant downloads
- Go to any maze with Clips and go to the Participants tab
- Click the three dots (More Options) for any participant
- Select "Download participant clip" and request download
- After processing, download your .mp4 file
- Bulk download all participant sessions
- Go to any maze with Clips and click the Settings gear (top right)
- Go to the Settings tab and click "Download" next to Participant clips
- Request download—you'll receive an email with a download link when ready
- Download your Clips as a zip file
Availability: Participant session downloads are available on Starter plans and above, where Clips recording is supported.
