Introducing real-time usage tracking for your organization
Now you can monitor study and recruitment credit consumption across your organization directly from Maze, giving you the insights needed to manage your research resources effectively.
What's new?
- Real-time monitoring: Admins and Owners can track study and recruitment credit consumption in real-time
- Team insights: Make strategic decisions with clear visibility into how individuals and teams are using Maze
- Smart planning: Plan your research budget confidently with clear metrics showing your used and remaining resources
How it works
Usage Tracking is available to Maze Admins and Owners only
- To access usage data: Go to Settings > Team Settings
- Monitor usage: Visit the new Usage tab to track:
- Organization-wide study and credit consumption based on your contract period
- Usage of studies and credits by individual user (data available from January 1, 2025)
- Usage of studies and credits by workspace (data available from January 1, 2025)
- Export data: Utilize the new export button to download usage data as a PDF or CSV
Availability: Usage tracking is exclusive to Business and Organization plans.
