How it works: Moderated (interview) studies
Build your highlights first: Before running thematic analysis, highlights need to be in place. From the Sessions page, add highlights manually or review and accept AI-suggested highlights
Thematic analysis: Once highlights are ready, trigger analysis from the Analyze tab. The AI groups highlights and interview notes into named themes with descriptions, giving a structured view of patterns across all sessions.
You stay in control: Before running analysis, choose to start from scratch with AI or keep and build on existing themes you've created.
How it works: Unmoderated studies
Auto-generated highlights: When a participant completes a session with clip recordings, AI instantly generates highlights from the transcript—each with a summary note capturing the key observation. Find them in the Results page under the Participants tab or Results tab by block.
Thematic analysis: Run from the Results page Themes tab to group AI-generated and manual highlights into named themes across all sessions.
You stay in control: Before running analysis, choose to start from scratch with AI or keep and build on existing themes you've created.
