Managing interview schedules just got easier. You can now request participants for moderated studies to reschedule their interview to a new time that works for you.
How it works
- Navigate to your study's Recruit page and click the Scheduled tab (under the Participant interviews section) to locate the interview you'd like to reschedule.
- Click the three dots on the interview card and select Request to reschedule.
- Provide a reason for rescheduling (this is shared with the participant) and submit your request. This sends a reschedule email to the participant and moves them back to Invited status.
- The participant can then select a new time from your available calendar slots, so ensure your calendar is current.
- If the participant chooses to reschedule, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the new interview time, which you can also track directly on the Recruit page of your study.
Note: Panel interviews can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the original time. Within that 4-hour window, you'll only be able to cancel the interview.
