Take full control of your Maze account with streamlined feature management and seamless ownership transitions.
What's new?
- Control Panel: Centralized feature management for Account Owners and Admins with granular controls over specific Maze capabilities and enhanced governance
- Transfer Account Ownership: Self-service ownership transfers between team members
How it works
Control Panel: Available to Maze Account Owners and Admins only
- To access Control Panel: Go to Settings > Team Settings > Control Panel
- Manage account-wide features: Toggle on/off for your entire account:
- Clips
- Interview studies
- Public link sharing and report downloads
- Reach
- Control AI features: Manage individual AI capabilities or disable all AI features with a single toggle
Transfer account ownership: Available to Maze Account Owners only
- To access: Go to Settings > Team Settings > Team
- Scroll down to ‘Transfer team ownership’
- Select any team member who already has access to the Maze account and click ‘Transfer’
- After confirming, the transfer will be complete and email confirmations will be sent to both the previous owner and the new owner
Availability
Control Panel is exclusive to Organization plans.
Transfer account ownership is available on all Maze accounts with at least 2 users.
