Now you can add third-party links to mazes to redirect testers; send them on to redeem rewards, schedule a follow-up call, and more with our new Custom CTAs.

📌 How it works

In the maze builder, head to the Thank You Screen block to customize and add a redirect link by following these steps:

• Toggle on “Add Custom CTA”
• Copy your desired URL and paste into the text field (https:// only)
• Create your own dynamic URLs to send tester metadata back to the URL to which the testers are being redirected. Learn more about creating your own URL tags here.
• Customize your CTA copy to inform the tester where they’re heading

Why redirect my testers from Maze?

Custom CTAs are flexible to your needs but here are just a few great use cases:

🗓️  Schedule a follow-up user interview via Calendly

Invite testers to speak to you directly and get more context from a moderated session by adding a scheduler like Calendly to your maze.

🔍 Track which Panel testers complete your maze

Maze will automatically pass on URL parameters from the participant's referral page, for example, if they’re coming from an external panel provider this will likely include their Study & Tester ID.

🎁 Add incentives for testers to redeem

Granting incentives for your research? Embed links to tools like Tremendous to give your testers instant rewards and reduce the need for manual follow-up emails.
