You can now add videos to AI conversations in Maze. Participants watch the full video, then the AI asks what stood out and follows up on how they reacted.

• Show first, then ask. The video plays in full before the conversation starts, so every answer is grounded in what participants just watched.
• Probe the reaction. The AI digs into what people noticed, what message they took away, and how the video shaped their view of the brand.
• Works on any device. Videos play on desktop and mobile web.
• One setup, two study types. Use the same video in AI-moderated studies and in unmoderated studies with an AI conversation block.
