• Click-to-play transcripts: Navigate interview sessions more easily by clicking any word in the transcript to play from that exact moment—each word lights up in sync with the audio to help you follow along.
• Cross-speaker highlight creation: Capture complete participant-interviewer exchanges in a single highlight, with clear speaker identification and AI-generated notes that consider the full highlight.
• Overlapping highlights: Create multiple highlights that share content, ensuring you never miss crucial context or have to choose between overlapping insights.
• Built-in transcript search: Now you can easily search for any word or phrase within your interview transcript using native search.

How it works:

Go to any Maze interview session to utilize these new capabilities:

• Word-by-word transcript navigation:
  • Click any word in the transcript to start playback from that moment.
    • If the video is paused, double-click on any word to start playback
    • If the video is playing, single-click any word to play from that moment
  • Watch as words are highlighted in sync with audio
• Enhanced highlighting capabilities:
  • Select transcript text that spans multiple speakers or multiple highlights to capture complete exchanges in your highlight creation
  • Each speaker remains clearly identified within the quote
