Frequently asked questions

How many participants can I store and message using Reach?

You can store up to 2,000 participants in your Reach database on the Team plan, or up to 1,000,000 on the Organization plan. For each campaign, you can message up to 1,000 participants at once, and import up to 20,000 contacts in a single CSV file on Organization plans.

Can I import participants directly from other tools?

You can import participants into Reach by uploading a CSV export from tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Mailchimp, Notion, HubSpot, or other CRMs. Just map the fields in your CSV to Reach properties, and build your targeted database in minutes for your next research campaign.

Can I save user segments or audiences?

Maze does not offer saved audiences as a standalone feature, although you can access 'Recently Used' filtering that surfaces the 5 most recent filters used in panel orders. Your own users can be organized in Reach using tags and filters, which makes it easy to target specific groups for future studies. Participants hired through the Maze Panel are not saved to your Reach database and cannot be reused as a segment, since panel recruitment is session-based and managed per order.
