Diary Study
Share
A diary study is a qualitative user research method in which participants log entries— typically in written diaries, voice notes, or digital tools—to document their experiences with a product or feature. This includes key aspects such as their frustrations, successes, or emotional responses over a specific time frame. This research method is useful for capturing in-depth, long-term qualitative insights as they emerge.
