When we introduced Maze MCP earlier this year, we made it possible to bring existing research into your MCP-compatible tools. Teams could access findings and revisit past studies to help them make decisions with customer insights in context.

Build your next study without leaving your AI tool
One research project can raise more questions than it answers. Say you’re working in Claude and have a question about why customers are dropping off during checkout. You can create a study with Maze MCP to find out why, without leaving the conversation. Here’s how it works:
1. Shape your study through conversation
Describe what you want to learn in your AI tool. Maze’s AI study builder uses your research goals to create an unmoderated study. Want to change a question or adjust the order? Just ask. You can also build on an existing study as a starting point rather than starting from a blank page.
2. Preview your study before it’s created
Before anything is created in Maze, you can preview the full study to check that it reflects what you’re trying to learn. From there, you can make changes directly in the conversation or share the preview with teammates for feedback.
3. Decide when it’s ready to launch
Once you're happy with your study, you can publish it directly from your tool. You'll get a link to share with participants, or you can head to Maze's recruitment page to find panelists. AI helps you create and refine the study, but you bring the context and judgment to decide what gets asked and when it's ready to launch.
