6. Run the tests
Once your tasks and questions are ready, you need to configure the test that your users will see and make it available to participants. 6 Best practices for testing your website usability

3. Don’t overhelp when participants get stuck
It’s tempting to jump in and show participants where to click when they struggle, but that hides the very problems you are trying to uncover. When you rescue someone too quickly, you also introduce cognitive bias. They look to you for hints, and their behavior reflects what they think you want, not how they would use the site alone.
